Terms & Conditions.

I. Definitions

Affiliate Program – the affiliate advertising programme : IncomeAffiliates.com.

Affiliate – any webmaster (individual or company) who meets the conditions of the Affiliate Program and delivers new customers to the Betting Partners promoted through IncomeAffiliates.com.

Affiliate Account – the account held by the Affiliate on the Affiliate program.

Betting Company / Partner Brands – any betting operator promoted through IncomeAffiliates.com. Each Partner brand is responsible for its own licensing, regulatory compliance, and gaming services.

Commission Period – a period of one month, from the 1st day to the last day of the month.

Earnings – the commission amount earned by an Affiliate based on the Revenue generated by the players referred by that Affiliate during a Commission Period.

FTD (First Time Depositor) – any Player who makes a first deposit of at least 20 USD/EUR and generates a minimum stake of 20 USD/EUR.

Payout – the transfer of the Affiliate's earnings from the Affiliate Account to an external payment system.

Payment Period – the time period during which an Affiliate's earnings become available for withdrawal.

Players – end users who register on a Partner Brand's website after following the Affiliate's link and complete at least one transaction.

Platform – the system used by IncomeAffiliates.com to track visitors, and results.

Revenue – total amount of a player's stakes minus winnings, bonuses, freebet winnings, and any applicable betting duty.

Promotional Materials – banners, creatives, and tools provided by IncomeAffiliates.com for online promotion.

Territory – Worldwide (excluding restricted countries fixed by the Partners brands), where these Terms and Conditions apply.

II. Affiliate Agreement

By joining IncomeAffiliates.com, the Affiliate confirms having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Terms may be updated. Affiliates will be notified via the email used during registration.

Only persons aged 18+ may participate.

Affiliates are fully responsible for the security of their login credentials.

IncomeAffiliates.com may decline any application without obligation to provide a reason.

Affiliates will receive visual promotional materials. They may use website information according to guidelines.

The following are strictly prohibited without prior approval:

• unsolicited email (spam),
• click-under/pop-under ads,
• contextual ads containing the Brand name,
• domain names containing the Brand name,
• SEO-only websites designed to capture branded traffic.

Violations result in account closure and cancellation of earnings.

Cookie stuffing is prohibited, including:

• loading Partner Brand websites in invisible iframes,
• adding unauthorized cookie scripts.

Violations result in account deletion.

Only one Affiliate registration is allowed.

Affiliates may not register personal betting accounts through their own affiliate links nor collude with players.

IncomeAffiliates.com may terminate cooperation at any time without notice.

Breaches may result in account closure and legal action.

III. Referral Commission

Earnings are calculated monthly by the affiliate program IncomeAffiliates, based on Revenue generated by referred Players.

Earnings are generated only if a 400 EUR minimum are achieved in the month.

Earnings are paid only if the calculated commission is at least 400 EUR.

Commission Structure:

Default offer is 30% revenue share for new affiliates, set by default, contact your affiliates manager to discuss another deal.

No negative revenue carries over to the next month by default, unless a negative carry-over arrangement has been agreed.

IV. Commission Payouts

Payments are made in USD.

Exchange rates are based on XE.com at the end of each month.

Payments are issued within 15 working days of the following month.

Payment methods: Crypto BTC, USDT:(TRC,ERC).

Minimum withdrawal threshold: 400 USD.

Negative or insufficient balances roll over to the next month.

Payment fees may apply.

IncomeAffiliates.com may delay payments up to 2 months in case of technical issues or traffic verification.

V. Dispute Resolution

Complaints must be addressed exclusively to support@incomeaffiliates.com. The tracking platform, acting as an external service provider, disclaims all liability in this regard.

All complaints are reviewed by Incomeaffiliates.com within 14 days and may be forwarded to partner brands for resolution if deemed valid.

Insults, false information, or abusive language are forbidden.

VI. Affiliate Rights & Obligations

The Affiliate must:

• Create and maintain unique tracking links.
• Promote Partner Brands at their own expense.
• Assume full responsibility for their actions.
• Ensure their website does not contain illegal, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
• Avoid marketing to minors (under 18).
• Avoid marketing in prohibited jurisdictions or excluded countries

Additional restrictions:

• Spamming results in immediate termination.
• Affiliates may not make claims or warranties on behalf of IncomeAffiliates.com.
• Affiliates may not register domain names similar to the Brand partners.
• Affiliates may not bid on Brand partners-related keywords.
• Affiliates may not claim commissions from business generated by others.

Affiliate responsibilities include:

• Full responsibility for their website content.
• Indemnifying IncomeAffiliates.com against claims arising from their site.
• Using Brand materials only as licensed and never contesting ownership.

VII. Confidential Information

Affiliates may receive confidential information and must not disclose it.

Confidentiality obligations last 2 years after termination.

VIII. Data Protection

Affiliates must comply with all applicable data protection laws.

IX. Term & Termination

Agreement duration: 1 year, renewable annually.

Either party may terminate with 2 weeks' notice via email.

Immediate termination applies if:

• the Affiliate's site is unsuitable (e.g., illegal content, minors, violence),
• multiple accounts are opened without consent,
• the affiliate is sending different countries or different quality sources than the traffic sources and countries agreed.
• the Affiliate earns commission from their own or related persons' accounts.

Upon termination:

• All promotional materials must be removed.
• All links must be disabled.
• All confidential information must be returned.
• All rights and licenses end immediately.

X. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to IncomeAffiliates.com and its operating jurisdiction.

Any legal action must be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

XI. Assignability

The Affiliate may not assign this Agreement without prior written consent.

XII. Fraud

IncomeAffiliates reserves the right to withhold commissions generated through fraudulent, incentivized, duplicate, self-generated or otherwise invalid traffic.

XIII. Commission Plan Modifications

IncomeAffiliates reserves the right to modify commission plans upon 30 days' prior written notice.

XIV. KYC

IncomeAffiliates reserves the right to request identity verification before issuing any payment.

XV. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

XVI. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos and promotional materials remain the exclusive property of IncomeAffiliates and/or its Partner Brands.
